The Gold Coast Arts Centre's Performing Arts Summer School production of High School Musical 2 was based on the original Disney movie. The show featured a simple but adaptable set design that could rapidly transform from the High school playground into the lavish Lava Springs resort. The production also included over 120 costumes.
